move360 - High reps, high intensity and minimal rest time. Our classes let you focus on overall endurance, both muscle and cardio. Mix things up with some lifting and athletic conditioning.
flow360- Yoga + Weights - rise and grind! Have you ever wanted to stretch and strengthen at the exact same time? Now you can and it’s pretty awesome!
band360 - This class uses resistance bands alone or paired with dumbbells or cables following the same move360 timed format. This full body workout is great for beginner sweat enthusiasts and athletes alike to change up your current work out routine, or compliment your current work outs. You will dive deep into high intensity interval training, through fun, creative, isolated + functional movements. You will leave this class fired UP!

Yoga with Baillie - all-levels slow flow class. You don’t need any previous experience. This class is designed to support your health and vitality regardless of where you’re at in your wellness journey. Single drop-ins $20 // 5 class pass $85 * $1 for every attendee at each class will be donated to continue our support to Red Roof Retreat*

The move360 method is a dynamic 60-minute workout class created to help get you stronger, more toned and decrease body fat through our 1 minute intervals. Each class is packed with different exercises to target your entire body to either build muscle or burn fat while working on proper movement patterns.
All move360 classes incorporate strength training, cardiovascular conditioning and flexibility, in a fun, creative and challenging circuit style class that can be performed by people of all fitness levels. Whether you are looking to lose fat, gain muscle, or increase your overall fitness, move360 is the class for you.
We have the best personal trainers leading each class, bringing high energy and diverse exercises so you continue to see more results each class! With HIIT, cross-training, and weight training this is perfect blend for anyone looking to improve their current fitness levels, take things to the next level, and have fun!
*Classes are kept at a maximum of 9 people to ensure quality, safety and a community experience. We love this class because of its high impact on so many individuals goals and results!
*move360 uses a wide variety of equipment such as rowers, sled, battle ropes, suspension training, squat rack, kettle bells and more!
