Our personalized training programs are made FOR YOU, and can be done at home, on your own time.

We are here to help keep you accountable, learn proper movements and technique, and help you build self-confidence.

How does it work?

The entire program is through the Niagara Fit app. Once you have signed up for the 12 week Challenge we will issue you your login to see your exercise plan, food logs and challenges you will get along the way.

Your program will be designed for your needs and goals after you answer the questionnaire when submitting your registration.

At the beginning of each month you will work on taking your health and fitness to the next level by breaking the program down into 3 phases. You will receive an email at the beginning of the next phase on what the next months goal and focus is. If you have questions about the next phase set up a call with one of our trainers. By the end of your 12 weeks you will have transformed your daily habits giving you a leaner, healthier and happier body and mind!

12 week program is laid out into 3 phases:

Month 1: Movement
-Start moving!
-Learn and understand the basics behind movement
-How to incorporate exercise into your DAILY life - step by step instructions
-Establishing new daily habits - we are the combination of what we do daily…

Month 2: Nutrition
-Your relationship with food
-Does the food you eat serve or harm you
-Be consistent with meals and snacks
-Establishing new eating habits
-Learning Healthy food swaps and options
-Tips on how to eat healthy when eating out

Month 3: Next Level of Exercise + Addressing Other Factors of Health
-What is your stress level like
-Where is your stress coming from
-How well/much are you sleeping
-Paying attention to energy levels daily
-Increasing your weight and intensity in your workout routine

We will take into account any injuries and preferences for exercises, and create a program that is specifically designed for YOU. If you prefer morning workouts- great, we’ll get you up and moving early. Only have time for half an hour after work? Perfect, let’s make it work. Don’t have access to a gym? No problem, get a great workout in at home.

There is so much information out there about how to get your ‘perfect body’ but the thing is that everyone is different. This isn’t a one size fits all program. We want to actually talk and get to know you and your lifestyle. Let’s get an understanding of what’s holding you back, and get you to that next level. OPTION 2: ONLINE TRAINING AND NUTRITION COACH

Individualized supplement and nutrition program – with an integrative health practitioner.

We have expanded our programs in order to bring our clients the best possible options for their health. We’ve partnered with Stephanie Jackson a certified health practitioner. Stephanie focuses on the mind, body and spirit relationship through nutrition health and life coaching. The two of you will work together 1-on-1 to rebalance your health, stress levels, and overall quality of life.

 Take your health to the next level with a team who looks at your entire health – collaborating your exercise and nutrition together.

ADD-ON: FUNCTIONAL MEDICINE LAB TESTING

This program is designed to give you access to a 1:1 functional health coach, individualized nutrition planning and protocols, graduated exercise programming, and the option to go deeper in personalized health with Functional Medicine Lab Testing.

Take your health one step further with this program. If you are experiencing digestive distress, fatigue, low energy, and unexplainable mood fluctuations, book a consult with Stephanie, an integrative health practitioner, and start working towards finding the root of your issues. We will work together to uncover underlying food sensitivities that may be contributing to brain fog, digestive upset, sleep issues, skin issues, or hormone imbalances.

This program includes the addition of a Functional Medicine Lab Test, 1:1 Consultation Call to go over the test results, and access to a private accountability support group.
